Our company was established in 1970 by brothers Marwan, Omar, Anas, and Afif Walid, growing into a leading force in the field of customs clearance and logistics services in the region. 1970

The Beginning

The Walid brothers founded the company starting in Latakia. Beginning with customs clearance services that formed the cornerstone of the business, they later expanded to include transportation and logistics—driven by a clear dream: to build an institution based on trust and professionalism.
1990

Local Expansion

After twenty years of building our reputation, the company expanded to cover all Syrian territories, establishing a solid network of relationships with ports, customs authorities, and commercial partners.
2005

International Launch

The launch of the international transit service transformed the company from a local service provider into an active regional player in cross-border trade.
2010

Passing the Torch

A milestone in the company’s history—responsibility was transferred to the second generation, preserving the founders’ legacy and values while adding a new vision for development and growth. Uninterrupted continuity and limitless ambition.
2015

Expanding Service Scope

The addition of the export department completed our presence on both sides of the commercial equation—importing and exporting—to meet the growing needs of exporters.
